Product help

Create, edit, pay, and review with confidence

Product-specific answers for the current account, upload, generation, credit, payment, and private-history workflows.

Getting started

Choose a tool based on the input you already have. Text to Image starts from a written prompt. Image to Image, AI Photo Editor, Image Restyle, Background Changer, and Image to Video require a JPG, PNG, or WebP source image up to 10 MB.

Accounts and private history

Generation requires an account. New accounts receive starter credits, and completed projects appear in private history. The site does not publish an indexable user gallery. Keep account credentials secure and use only media you own or have permission to process.

Writing a clearer prompt

Describe the requested result and the important constraints. For reference-guided edits, begin with what must remain unchanged, request one primary change, then specify medium, materials, lighting, palette, and camera direction.

Task progress and failed generations

Keep the page open while a task enters the queue, processes, and completes. Active task IDs are saved locally so an authenticated browser can resume polling. If a task fails, use the retry control; connected automatic refund rules apply where configured by the service.

Credits and payments

The current image or video cost is requested from the server and shown before submission. Credit packages load from the server on the pricing page. PayPal and USDT on TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Aptos, or Ethereum may be available; always send the exact amount to the exact network shown in the order.

Reviewing generated output

Inspect every result at full size. Check identity, hands, product geometry, labels, small text, reflections, shadows, continuity, and any factual or commercial claim. Use manual production tools when pixel-level preservation or exact regulated content is required.

Account and payment support

Keep the account email, generation ID, payment order ID, network, transaction hash, time, and a short description ready. Never publish a password, verification code, private key, seed phrase, or complete payment credential in a support request.
