Information we process

We process account details, authentication records, credit transactions, uploaded media, prompts, generation status, service diagnostics, and security signals needed to operate Image to Image AI Lab.

Uploads and generated media

Uploads and results are stored in the connected private project system so you can generate, monitor, and download your work. They remain private by default. If you choose to create a public result link, anyone with that link can view the result, source image, and prompt until you disable the link. This site does not publish a public community feed. Automated safety checks may inspect uploaded and generated media before or after generation.

Payments

Payment providers process checkout information. We receive transaction references, payment status, package details, and the information required to grant credits; we do not store complete card credentials.

Security and abuse prevention

We use IP, browser, device, account, and usage signals to prevent fraud, duplicate free usage, attacks, and misuse. Access logs and audit records may be retained where needed for security and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may download your completed projects, manage account information, or request account deletion through the authenticated account system. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained.

Changes

We may update this policy when product capabilities, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
